Returns and Refund Policy

Our items come with a free 1 year parts and labour warranty. All Items will be returned to base and repair attempted. Where an item can not be repaired it will be replaced (however faulty items will be refunded) and in case of no replacement being available you shall be offered a refund minus delivery costs. The warranty does not include accidental damage. Please note that if an item has been received faulty or damaged we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned and you will be given an option of replacement or a refund. In this case, it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are available to have collection arranged any time throughout the day. Collections can only be made during the weekday. Any faulty items must be reported to us within 14 days . We therefore strongly recommend you check the item when it is delivered.

 

If the item is no longer wanted then it will need to be returned in its original packaging and original condition. All P&P costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

The Warranty:

This item comes with a Free 1 Year Parts and Labour Warranty i.e. in the case of any fault or damage caused by wear and tear within one year of purchase, the item should be returned to us and repair shall be attempted. Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement shall be sent out to you at no extra cost. In the case where no replacement is available you may be offered a similar product or you will be issued a full refund.

 

The warranty does not include accidental damage or damage caused by misuse.


 

Damaged or Faulty Goods Received:

If an item has been received faulty or damaged we will arrange for the item to be collected and a replacement shall be sent out to you. In such a case, it is the customers responsibility to repackage the item in its original packaging, and ensure that they are available to have collection arranged any time throughout the day. Kindly note that collections can only be made during weekdays.

 

Any items received faulty must be reported to us within 14 days otherwise the product will fall within the one year warranty and you will offered a repair or a replacement, if these options are unavailble we will offer a refund

 

As mentioned above in the ‘Shipping Policy’, we strongly recommend that you check the item thoroughly upon delivery, and only sign for the item when you are satisfied.

 

In the event of you accepting an Item which was damaged in transit, it is very important that you don’t delay, rather respond immediately by getting in touch and providing us with clear pictures showing the condition of both the internal and external packaging, and the damage to the product itself. Pictures can be sent via e-mail attachment. Providing us with the above mentioned evidence will help us to speed up the process in resolving the issue.

 

 

Lost in Transit Items:

In the event that your item is lost in transit, we will send out a replacement to you. Therefore, as we usually provide ‘Next Working Day Delivery’ service, we advise you that if you do not receive your item within 3 working days please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
