All Items below 30 Kg (if purchased before 1PM) are usually dispatched via Parcel Force or Yodel with the ‘Next Working Day’ Delivery Service. Items between 30 Kg and 50Kg are sent by XDP Couriers, again, with the ‘Next Working Day Delivery’ service. Any item over 50 Kg in weight is sent via a XDP 2 Man Delivery Service and can take up to 3 – 5 working days to arrive at the customer’s address.

 

Please note that at present we cannot offer a fixed time for delivery as the Courier Service we use can deliver any time between 9am – 6pm. Therefore it is the Customers responsibility to ensure that someone is present to receive the item. Please ensure that your account is updated with your correct address and contact details, as the courier service may want to contact you by phone to ensure you are on location to receive delivery.

 

Deliveries are made Mon – Fri but if any customer requires a specific service such as ‘Weekend Delivery’ please send us a message and we will happily assist you.In the event of a failed delivery, a card shall be left by the courier’s driver. A further attempt to deliver the item will be made. If the customer fails to receive the item after the additional attempt, the package shall be sent back to Fit4Home Ltd. Please bear in mind that it is the customers responsibility to receive delivery, otherwise the courier service will apply a charge which could be passed on to the customer.Please note, before signing for the Item, we strongly request the customer to thoroughly check the packaging to ensure that no damage has occurred to the product whilst it was in transit. Shipping to the Mainland UK does not hold an additional surcharge. If you reside outside the Mainland then please contact us first so that we may assist you as delivery surcharges may apply for certain locations or remote areas.
