Please read the below carefully. It is important you are aware of your rights.
- A customer is entitled to cancellation of an order for up to 14 days. However, if the cancellation request comes in after the item is shipped the customer will be charged postage.
- Cancellation requests must be made via an email to our email address.
- Please note, if you cancel the product and it is returned in unsalable or used condition an amount will be deducted.
- “Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an online order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your approved safe place. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notified the retailer you were cancelling your order to return the goods.”
THE FIT4HOME WARRANTY
Here at Fit4home we are 100% committed to our customers and provide every customer with a free 12-month warranty on all purchases.
We have are confident that our products are robustly built, that if any technical problems arise within the first 12 months we will fix it for free!
The Fit4home warranty covers any technical faults with your product but does not cover the following:
- General wear and marks from use.
- Water damage.
- Damage due to improper use.
- Noises emanating from the product
- Chassis damage and scratching due to improper use or dropping.
- Electronic damage due to improper use or dropping.
- Damage caused by collisions or accidents whilst using the product.
We will cover any manufacturing faults and electrical malfunctions and repair or replace (like for like) your product if any of these problems arise. Please note, we are unable to refund you and if the item is beyond repair you will be offered a similar refurbished product.
Your 12-month warranty begins on receipt of delivery of your product and if your product is over 12 months old we offer an exclusive repair service for Fit4home customers.
If the product becomes faulty after the first 14 days of purchase, it is up to the customer to cover postage costs to and from our repair center. If an issue arises within the first 14 days, we will cover postage costs to and from our repair center. There is no charge for repairs that are covered under warranty. You will need to find suitable packaging or ideally use the original box.

We will accept any unused product back for full refund within 14 days. Please note the product must be unused, sealed and in its original packaging, all products will be checked upon arrival. The customer will be liable for the return postage costs. Please note it can take up to 14 days for the return to be processed once received.
If a product is faulty it can be returned to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You must report the fault within the first 30 days of receiving the product. The product will be thoroughly checked by our technicians upon arrival and refunds can only be issued if the product has a manufacturing or electrical fault. If a product fault is reported after 30 days we will offer a free repair service and repair or replace your product as necessary.
